President’s Message
Leadership's Commitment to You
Despite the economic instability, I can assure each and every one
of you that your leadership team, as well as the entire Washington,
DC headquarters staff, are committed to making 2012 the best year
possible for SIOR. We are coming off one of the most successful
SIOR World Conference in years (The Fall World Conference:
Chicago had nearly 800 attendees!). With increased membership
numbers and a firm commitment to SIOR’s strategic initiatives, I
believe we have things to look forward to in 2012.
You can find the names and contact information of the SIOR leadership team on Page 6. Additionally, I would like to personally invite
anyone who has thoughts, comments, concerns, and/or suggestions
about our efforts or the direction in which SIOR is going to please
contact me at Geoff. Kreusser@colliers.com.
Thanks to David
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Immediate Past
President David J. Zimmer, SIOR, FRICS, for his dedication
and leadership over the past several years. His commitment to
SIOR and his passion for the commercial real estate business has
resulted in the improvement of many programs and has revitalized the SIOR community. Largely because of his efforts, there is
a new sense of excitement at SIOR, and for that I think we are all
appreciative.
I personally commit to the entire SIOR membership to carry his suc-cesses into the New Year.
