leadership, accomplishment, and productivity.

Evelyne B. Andretta, SIOR Retired
The Krauss Organization
Retired, in recognition of her outstanding leadership and influence in the field of
commercial real estate. Evelyne was the first woman to serve on the SIOR
Board of Directors, and in 1999 received SIOR’s prestigious Howell Watson
Distinguished Service Award for outstanding service to SIOR through
exceptional volunteer leadership, participation and involvement in SIOR
programs and activities, and contributions to the industry. She is Past President
of the SIOR Florida Chapter, past owner of J. L. Hearin, Inc., founder of the first
Cushman & Wakefield office in Tampa, and was Florida’s first female SIOR.
