Commerce at the First Citizen’s Banquet.
Clark Merges with Dickerson & Nieman Realtors
Steven E. Clark, SIOR, CCIM, Dickerson & Nieman
Realtors, Loves Park, IL, former owner of Doyle
Woodhouse & Moore, has merged with Dickerson &
Nieman Realtors. Clark is now the President of the
Commercial Division.
Culp Recognized as Top Producer
Sonny Culp, SIOR, Graham & Company, Birmingham,
AL, was recently recognized as the Top Producer in the
Sales and Leasing category for the year 2011 by the
Birmingham Association of Realtors.
Freid Wins Local Realtor Hockey Tournament
Jeremy A. Freid, SIOR, Boston Realty Advisors,
Boston, MA, competed in an all-realtors ice hockey
tournament in January and led his team to a tournament
victory. Jeremy had experience playing professional
hockey in Europe.
Gartner and Keefer Win Award

International, Cincinnati, OH, were named
as Top Industrial Brokers by CoStar Group.
This annual award recognizes the “best
of the best” in commercial real estate
brokerage.
Kasselman Expands Op2mize Team
Geoffrey M. Kasselman, SIOR, LEED AP, Op2mize,
Des Plaines, IL, has recently expanded his team by hiring on two new members in leadership roles. He plans
to expand further to hopefully bring his company size to
10 employees and bring technology and environmental
sustainability into mainstream real estate brokerage.
Nachlas Appointed to Board of Directors
Adam R. Nachlas, SIOR, Manekin, Columbia, MD,
has been appointed to a three-year term on the Board
of Directors for Learning, Inc.
Stevens Elected Vice Chairman
Mark A. Stevens, SIOR, The Stevens Group, Boston,
MA, was recently elected to the position of Vice
Chairman of the International Tenant Representative
Alliance (ITRA Global). Stevens has been a member of
the ITRA board of directors since 2010, and also served
as Chairman of the Global Marketing Committee from
2007 to 2011.
Twyman Joins Board of Directors

NJ, was recently named to the Board of Directors of
the Economic Development Association of New Jersey
(EDANJ)..
