Beaudry Named Broker of the Year
Kevin M. Beaudry, SIOR, Avison Young
Commercial Real Estate, Mississauga, ON, has
been named SIOR Canada’s Greater Toronto Area
Office Broker of the Year for 2011. Beaudry was
selected for the award by a committee of peers
comprising the greater Toronto area brokerages,
landlords and developers. The criteria for the
award focuses around the impact the broker has in
the market, his or her reputation in the industry, and community/
industry involvement.
Beck to be Senior Managing Director

Oaks branch of the Charles Dunn Company as a
Senior Managing Director. He brings 23 years of
experience to his new position.

Campbell Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Director
Adam D. Campbell, SIOR, Cushman &
Wakefield, Philadelphia, PA, has recently joined the
team at Cushman and Wakefield as a director in the
firm’s industrial platform. Prior to joining Cushman
& Wakefield, Campbell was vice president of
Campbell Commercial Real Estate.
Conceller Joins NAI as Principal

MO, has recently joined the St. Louis office of NAI
DESCO as a principal. Conceller brings over 35
years of experience to his new position.
Doherty Wins Awards
Daniel;J.;Doherty,;SIOR, Colliers International, Las Vegas,
NV, recently swept the awards at the SIOR Southern Nevada
Chapter’s awards banquet. He won Top Producer of the year,
Most SIOR Cooperative Transactions, and the People’s Choice
Award.

Klemmer and Brodigan Join NAI Hunneman
Gregory G. Klemmer, SIOR,

both recently joined the Boston
office of NAI Hunneman. Klemmer
joins as Executive Vice President and Brodigan will be joining in
the role of Vice President.

Jeffrey L. LaFavre, SIOR, CCIM, MCR,
Coldwell Banker, Minneapolis, MN, has recently
become part of the team at the Minneapolis branch
of Coldwell Banker. He will join the firm as
