Northern California Chapter Holds Annual
Holiday Luncheon and Awards Ceremony

In December, the SIOR Maryland/DC/Northern Virginia Chapter
held its annual holiday party at Nick's Fish House in Baltimore,
Maryland. More than 65 members, guests, and prospective members attended the event.

The SIOR Northern California Chapter held its annual Holiday
Luncheon and Awards Ceremony in December at The Waterfront
Restaurant in San Francisco, California. There were more than 120
members and guests in attendance. Award recipients included Ryan
McShane and Kevin Dal Porto for the Top Industrial Sale.

Holds Awards Dinner
New England Chapter Hosts Breakfast Series

The SIOR New England Chapter hosted an installment of its
“Landlord Breakfast” series at the Newton Marriot in Newton,
Massachusetts in November. The breakfast, attended by more
than 35 members, candidates, and guests, featured keynote
speaker, Stephen Murphy, Director of Acquisitions at Campanelli
Companies.

The SIOR Western Pennsylvania Chapter held its 59th Annual
Industrialist of the Year Award at the Duquesne Club in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania in November. The event was attended by more than
215 members, family, and friends. Dr. Jared Cohon, President,
Carnegie Mellon University, received the Industrialist of the Year
Award. Geoff Kreusser, 2012 SIOR President, was also in attendance at the dinner.
